Dear Honors Choir Families –
I hope you all are all doing well and staying warm through
this abrupt arctic spike that’s struck mid-Missouri.
A few reminders/details:
- THIS SATURDAY,
DECEMBER 9, is
the annual collaborative concert including the CPS 5th Grade
Honors Choir and the Booneslick Chordbusters, a barbershop chorus in our
community. For more information about the Chordbusters, please visit their
website at http://www.chordbusters.com/ .
- CALL TIME ON
SATURDAY IS AT 6:00PM at the Missouri Theatre downtown.
- Students should wear their uniform as described in the
Honors Choir Handbook for the performance, including the cardigan they
were given in October. They will be provided a tie to wear during the
performance.
- THE
PERFORMANCE BEGINS AT 7:00PM. In the past, the Chordbusters have joined the Honors
Choir in singing the final number of the show.
- If your singer will be absent, late, or need to leave
early from a rehearsal, please notify me in advance.
- If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please
don’t hesitate to contact me via email, phone, or in person before or
after rehearsals.
