Dear
families of honors choir singers,
This
is just an email to confirm that your singer is going with us to KC on April 7th.
Some points to remember are below:

You
will need to drop your singer at West Middle School that morning at 8:40 am.
There will be no transportation from their home elementary school to WMS. You
will need to arrange this.
·
We
will be gone ALL DAY. We will not get back to West Middle School until at least
10:40 pm. You have provided us with a cell phone number and we will send out a
text when the busses pass the Rocheport exit. This will give you a more precise
time for the time you need to pick up your singer.
·
We
will provide students lunch and dinner in KC.
·
Student
can wear their honors choir t-shirt (or a different school shirt) and black
pants, socks, & shoes. They should bring white shirt/blouse that we can top
with gold tie and burgundy cardigan.
·
They
should limit the amount of things they bring with them and they will be
responsible for those items all day. (During the evening concert we will have a
locked room to store their things while they sing.)
·
Some
of you have told me you are attending the KC concert and taking your singer
after the concert. I will have that list before the concert and you can confirm
with me at that time that you are taking your singer.
·
If
you plans change and you will or won’t pick up your singer in KC, just email me
and I’ll change it. J

mid-March. This is just the essentials to help you know more about that day.
