Hello,
Honors Choir Families!
I
hope all is well with you. There are still some bugs and viruses going around
the schools, so thank you for taking measures to keep your singer well this
time of year!
A
few reminders:
·
We have only 1 more rehearsal for the year! Please
send your singer to rehearsal unless they are ill.
·
Here are some details about the upcoming trip to Kansas City
on Friday, April 6:
o The concert
in Kansas City will be held at 7:00pm at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception
in downtown KC.
o The concert
is free of charge and open to the public. For more information, please visit
their website at https://kcgolddome.org/.
o At this
time, we will not require additional chaperones; however, I will let you know
if our chaperone situation changes.
o Students may
bring small electronics for the bus ride to and from Kansas City with the
understanding that they should be used responsibly and appropriately. We cannot
be responsible for lost items.
o Students do
not need to bring any extra money. Lunch and dinner will be provided for them.
If they would like to pack a small snack to have at an appropriate time during
the day, you may pack one with them.
o If you will
be providing return transportation for your student, please complete an
additional release form.
o If your
student is unable to join us on this trip, please notify me as soon as
possible.

If your singer will be late, absent, or need to leave early
from any Honors Choir function or event, please notify me as soon as possible.
·
Thank you for your continued support of the ensemble. The
team of directors is very much looking forward to taking this performing group
to Kansas City to perform!
