honors choir families,
It
was great to see so many of you at the meeting yesterday. If something came up
and you were unable to attend, this email should help. You are always welcome
to email me with questions or concerns, too.
Yesterday
we:
· Had a rehearsal with
a great group of singers!
· They received choir
folders with all their music & nametags
· They should bring
those every week
· We had a meeting with
most of our families
· Mr. Battle discussed
some things you need to know
· We handed out
fundraising materials (you can get these next week)
We
did not hand out the Honors Choir Handbook, but it is on the HC blog and you
can follow this link to read it, too:
Everyone
should read through the handbook as it helps you know what is expected of our
HC singers. If you didn’t make it to the meeting, it’s crucial you go through
the handbook ASAP and let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Next
week after our rehearsal I’ll send out an email with:
· deadlines for
fundraising,
· T-shirts order form
info (is you would like to purchase, not mandatory)
· Any other info you
might need
