Good afternoon, Honors Choir
Families!
I hope all is well with you!
With our first performance successfully completed, it is time to look forward
to the rest of the semester.
Some reminders:
- Our rehearsal time will change tomorrow, Tuesday, October 10!
- We will
still begin rehearsal at 4:00pm; however, we will dismiss at 5:15pm, not 5:45!
- The
schedule for the remainder of the year will be 4:00-5:15pm.
- Fundraiser
item pick-up will be on Tuesday, October 24 following
rehearsal. We will operate this out of the band room, next door to the
choir room, at West Middle School. Items that require refrigeration must
be picked up promptly.
- NO REHEARSAL ON OCTOBER 17. This is
a half-day for Columbia Public Schools to allow for teacher collaboration
in the afternoon.
- If your
student will be absent, late, or need to leave early from any Honors Choir
function, please let me know in advance via email, phone, or in person
before or after rehearsal.
- I will
keep you all posted with the latest on t-shirts, fundraising, and Honors
Choir uniforms.
