Good evening, Honors Choir
Families!
I hope you’re all excited
about tomorrow’s Honors Choir performance at the Missouri School Board
Association annual conference at the Tan-Tar-A Resort! This is an exciting and
prestigious opportunity for the singers in the ensemble.
A few last-minute reminders:
- We will meet at 9:30am tomorrow at West Middle
School and return tomorrow at 4:45pm to West Middle School.
- Do
not send your student with
their nametag or music folder.
These are for regular rehearsal purposes only.
- Please do
send your student with a snack from home for before the performance.
- If your child is attending the pool party, please
do have them wear their
swimsuit underneath their concert clothes for the bus ride there.
- If your child is attending the pool party, please
do send a beach towel and
a set of dry clothes for your child to wear on the bus ride home.
- If you have any questions or concerns tomorrow, I
will have my phone near me and on at all times. My cell number is
(573)239-6408. You may call or text, identify yourself, and communicate
your needs.
