11/8 Update

·        TODAY there is no school, so there is also no HC. L Sorry! We’ll miss you!

·        We’ll be back Nov. 15^th!!!

·        There IS rehearsal on Nov. 22^nd, it is right before Thanksgiving break.

·        I promise to let you know when t-shirts will be ready for pick up as soon as I know.

·        Concert with Chordbusters is Dec. 3^rd at Missouri Theater; singers will need to be there at 6:15 pm, concert will begin at 7:00 pm.

·        Concert for CPS honors groups will be Dec. 15^th at Rock Bridge High School; singers will need to be there at 6:30 pm, concert will begin at 7:00 pm.

Uniforms

The uniform for concerts is as follow unless otherwise noted:

Bottoms: Black skirts with black tights or black pants with black socks

Shoes: Black dress shoes

Tops: All students will need a white button collared shirt. Students will be provided a burgundy cardigan with a gold neck tie. The white shirt does not need to have a certain arm length; it just simply needs to have a collar that can hold a necktie with a button. This would include button down dress shirts or polo shirts.

The cardigans and necktie are property of Columbia Public Schools.

Please contact JoAnna Hoeppner (jhoeppner@cpsk12.org) if purchasing a shirt and pants or a skirt is a problem for you.  We will provide you with a donated uniform or look for a source of alternative funding.  I do not want this to prevent any child who has qualified from participating.

Uniforms will be needed for both of our December concerts. You still have plenty of time to get these items, but if you need assistance, you need to let me know ASAP so we have plenty of time to prepare.
