Dear 5th Grade
Honors Choir Families:
I hope all is well with you
and that you’ve been able to enjoy the sunshine outside lately!
A few reminders about Honors
Choir:
· The Honors Choir fundraiser is in progress until
Tuesday, September 25. You may send order forms and money in any time between
now and September 25.
· All checks should be made payable to Columbia
Public Schools with Honors Choir in the memo line.
· Students should arrive to West Middle School no
earlier than 3:45pm. The team of directors come from different
directions all over town, and cannot guarantee your child will be supervised
until 3:45 each week.
· Honors Choir singers should be picked up no
later than 5:20pm. The team of directors have evening commitments,
professional and personal.
· If your student will be absent from any Honors Choir
event, please email me as soon as possible.
· If you have any questions or concerns, please email me
directly.
