Dear Honors Choir Families:
Congratulations and welcome to the Columbia Public
Schools Fifth Grade Honors Choir! We are looking forward to meeting your
singer(s) TODAY, December 7th at the West Middle School
Choir Room (401 Clinkscales Rd. Columbia, Missouri 65203).
Following our first rehearsal, there will be a mandatory
parent/guardian informational meeting in the West Middle School Band Room 5:15-5:30pm.
The band room is adjacent to the choir room. The exterior doors to the band
room will be open at 5:00pm and students will be led from the choir room via an
indoor hallway to the band room where they will be released to a
parent/guardian. Per Columbia Public Schools policy, masks are required inside
all buildings district-wide, including West Middle School. If you arrive
without a mask, one will be provided for you.
