February 10th Performance

If your student is NOT participating, please ignore this post!

Important information about the extra performance!!!!

If you are getting this email it is because you filled out the survey for the extra performance and you let us know you would be there. Here is the information you need:

Date: Wednesday, February 10^th

Time: Performance is at 7:30 pm, call time is 7:00 pm (This is a change!!!)

Place: First Baptist Church, 1112 East Broadway (This is also a change!!)

Attire: Place from waist to toe, white above the waist

Other Choirs: RBHS Choir and two of UMKC’s choirs!!!!

If you are not going to be able to be there, please let me know ASAP!

Canceled 1-19

Honors Choir has been canceled today.

Weather & Honors Choir

Hey Honors Choir Families!

As of right now, we will have honors choir today. We will know more about the weather front coming this way by noon. At that time the school district will try and make a decision on after-school activities. When the district cancels after-school activities, which includes 5^th Grade Honors Choir. They will put that announcement out through the website and local media.

If they cancel after-school activities I will send out an email to you to let you know that choir is canceled. If they do NOT cancel, I will send NO EMAIL.

So, hopefully we will see you this afternoon at 4:15, and if that changes you will hear from me.

Fantastic concert last night singers!!! See you on Tuesday, January 5th, at Lange Choir Room, 4:15 pm!!!

Almost done, but not yet...

My last email until 2016!!! Here’s the schedule for this last week of 2015:

·       Regular rehearsal today at Lange, be there at 4:15!!

·       Thursday night is our last concert for 2015

·       Singers need to be there at 6:00 pm, and hand off jackets or coats to family members at that time

·       They should be dressed in their black pants/skirts, socks and shoes

·       They should have their white shirt, buttoned to the top and tucked in at the bottom

·       They should have their sweater and tie on

·       If your singer didn’t make it to the concert Saturday night, they should see Ms. Hoeppner and Ms. Lenz as soon as they get to Rock Bridge to get sweater and tie

·       The concert begins at 7:00 pm

·       After the concert, singers will turn in sweaters and ties until the spring concerts

·       Our next rehearsal will be January, 5^th at 4:15 pm at Lange!!

·       Have a great holiday break!!!
